How do I receive a payment to my account?

The process of receiving funds will vary depending on your account type, currency, and payment method. Below is a general layout of the required information and processes to receive funds:

  • Paycury internal transfer: In this case, you just have to provide the sender with your business name and your Paycury account ID, which is visible inside of the dashboard. If applicable, they can also add a reference to the transaction.
  • SEPA transfer: For a SEPA transfer, you should provide the sender with your business name, your registered address, your Paycury IBAN, the associated BIC/SWIFT code, and our institution address. All details will be visible in the accounts section of your dashboard.
  • SWIFT transfer: For SWIFT transfers, you should provide the sender with your business name, your registered address, your Paycury IBAN or account number, the associated BIC/SWIFT code, our institution address, and the intermediary/correspondent bank details (if applicable). Please note not all business types can currently open a SWIFT account with Paycury.
  • Local payments: These will be different based on the country and currency. However, they generally involve using the IBAN or account number listed in your dashboard, and the associated local bank code or BIC code.

If you are still unsure regarding the payment details, you can always reach out to your account manager and they will be more than happy to help.
