Why did a payment not arrive?

If a payment hasn't been processed on time, there can be several reasons for it.

Keep in mind that SEPA payments may take up to 2 business days, and SWIFT payments up to 5 business days. Once that time has gone by and a payment still has not been cleared, we recommend you to reach out to the sender and confirm the payment was processed without issues on their side. You may also contact your Paycury account manager for more information on the situation.
